The purpose of this assignment is to examine the theoretical framework, style, and leadership traits of the effectiveness of Barrack Obama.

In an analysis of minimum 750-900 words, examine his theoretical framework, style, and leadership traits. Discuss how he adopted leadership as a vocation. Additionally, describe which qualities you would seek to emulate in order to inspire followership, including which shortcomings of this leadership approach would you attempt to overcome.
