Assignment: Course reflection on Cross-Cultural Relations Class

Develop a personal plan for developing cultural intelligence.

For this assignment, reflect and revisit your first assignment (Cultural Self-Assessment). From the perspective of Haitian Culture. Write a paper discussing

  • how what you’ve learned this semester on this Cross Cultural Relations course has informed your self-perceptions as it relates to culture, leadership, and cross-cultural communication.
  • Furthermore, you are to develop and describe a personal plan for developing your cultural intelligence. Discuss how this week’s readings (see Attached) informed the development of your personal cultural intelligence development plan.  Reflect on how your professional life will change after taking this course and what you believe will be the impact of what you have learned on how you conduct business in the future.

Instructions:

The final paper will be formatted per APA, and 6 pages, and references page.

Incorporate a minimum of 5  scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources (statutes, court opinions) within your work.
